We help businesses improve their operations through IT infrastructure optimization, application development, and software sales. Our team of experts is dedicated to providing top-notch service and support, ensuring that our clients operate in a secure environment.

We are looking for a motivated candidate for the position of Sales Assistant, who will be responsible for selling our services, maintaining client relationships, handling billing, and proposing innovative solutions.

Position: Sales Assistant (m/f)

Job Description:

• Actively contacting potential clients to present our services.

• Proposing IT solutions that will enhance clients' operations.

• Selling IT support services to companies with computers and IT equipment, including software.

• Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to monitor their needs and satisfaction with our services.

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• A degree in IT or economics (FON or Economics Faculty preferred).

• Significant sales experience is not essential. Experience in IT support and software is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, analytical thinking, and quick learning of new technologies.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Knowledge of English.
